We at the Emperor’s Palace have been in the Chinese food business over thirty years, offering some of the best Chinese food in Olympia, Washington. We opened the Olympia restaurant in 1986 and the Lacey location in 1996. The owner was born in Hong Kong, and knows the ins and outs of making the most delicious Chinese food. As one of the most delicious Chinese restaurants in Olympia, Washington, our demand is high. So high, in fact, that we have 2 full service restaurants and also 1 deli in Tenino, Washington.
We are a chop suey style Asian restaurant and we also have Thai food, Chinese food, Vietnamese food. Our food is fresh stir fry made to order we use Quality and fresh products substitutions are welcomed: Almond Chicken- Boneless chicken, deep fried in a batter, served with a gravy and garnished with crushed almonds and served with steamed rice. Three Mushroom with Three- A delightful mixture of stir-fried chicken, scallops and shrimp, blended with button mushrooms, Chinese black mushrooms and straw mushrooms. General Tso's Chicken- Lightly breaded chicken stir-fried with mixed vegetables and our special hot spicy sauce.
